EVC3 COURSES AND CERTIFICATION LEVELS

OVERVIEW OF EVC3 COURSES AND CERTIFICATION LEVELS


EVC3 classifies learning objectives into four ascending Primary Certification levels, each providing a higher degree of EVC competence and skills.


Additional EVC3 Certification programs for complementary and function-specific skills are also available, to implement it as an EVC3 Culture and with a life-cycle practice approach.



This course provides the foundation, and an introduction, to WHAT is EVC3, and WHY it is necessary to improve the way organizations forecast and realize Value for projects and initiatives. EVC Foundation also explains WHEN EVC3 should be used, and WHO must be involved.


EVC Master- provide the “HOW-TO”, and expand upon the WHAT, WHEN and WHO.

 

 

 

EVC3 Practitioner:

Focus is on -> Creating high-level Business Value Plans (i.e., for traditional initiatives and projects)


EVC3 Architect:

Focus is on -> Creating Strategic Business Value Plans (i.e., for multi-level architecture initiatives)


EVC3 Master:

Focus is on -> Advanced risk analysis using statistics and probability (i.e., Monte Carlo simulation)
